AmperGuard – Systematic Safety

Why I founded AmpGuard: I founded AmpGuard because, despite my work as a project manager, I didn't want to lose my close connection to electrical engineering. Electrical engineering has been part of my entire career: starting as an electrical installer on construction sites, my path led through the Bundeswehr as a radio and navigation equipment technician, then to becoming a state-certified electrical technician, and finally to a part-time degree in electrical engineering (B.Eng.). With AmpGuard, I combine this hands-on experience from the trades, the military, industry, and engineering with my commitment to modern, standard-compliant, and professionally sound inspections of electrical equipment and systems. Developing a simple digital deadline management system was especially important to me. QR labeling lets tested equipment be identified at any time. Responsible parties also receive a protected monthly overview of all upcoming test deadlines and can import them into their calendar all at once.
