Important: The visible status change does not replace organisational measures by the operator. It supports rapid communication and documentation.

Every relevant action leaves a trace.
Tests, authorised status changes, notes, and other defined events can be logged with a timestamp and technical metadata.
Data protection notice: IP addresses and comparable technical identifiers are relevant under data protection law. Storage duration, purpose, access, and legal basis should be clearly defined in the production data protection concept.
